The Education Centers are places where we work on intentional teaching and education. In the same way, we inspire students to believe in the transformation that education can enable. They constantly discover the best strategies to solve global issues by taking a local approach.
The name Instituto Janela para o Mundo is no coincidence. It really does open windows! My community is waking up to entering higher education. I see more people taking the school bus to university and people who have graduated from the Institute. Those who don't pass the first time continue, persist. At the Education Center there are professionals who encourage, and the students want to continue, they want to pursue their dream. It's not impossible. It's real. All it takes is dedication.
The Institute is already a benchmark in my region. It offers free initiatives that students didn't have access to: English courses, learning support, new technologies and the library. When I went to university, I didn't have the opportunity to take part in a preparatory course like the one the Institute offers today. When I'm with these students, I see myself in them, because they can have access to this preparation that I didn't have. And I can help and contribute as an educator. This has completely transformed my life.
Participating in the Tô no Rumo Comercial SDR course, offered by the Janela Para o Mundo Institute, in online mode, was accessible and transformative for my life. There I had the opportunity to improve my knowledge, get to know and understand how the SDR professional performs with the help of trained educators. Taking the course was the gateway to entering the job market and getting my first job. At Harbor IT, one of the Institute's partners, it has been my first experience as an SDR, where I have learned even more about how this professional works in practice. A unique and extremely important experience for me. Thanks to the Institute and Harbor IT!
